POLYGRAIN is now PEFC-certified – a significant step that confirms the highest standards in responsible forest management. The PEFC seal (Program for the Endorsement of Forest Certification Schemes) stands for ecological, social and economic responsibility worldwide. The combination of plant cellulose, a high-performance superabsorbent and a starter fertilizer ensures an efficient and long-lasting supply of water and nutrients for seedlings. Over a period of three to five years, the granules support growth, reduce drought stress, improve soil structure and minimize the use of water and fertilizers. Its sustainable properties make it an indispensable innovation for forestry in a changing climate.

“This award shows that we not only develop innovative products, but are also consistently committed to sustainability and environmental responsibility. Our water-retaining granules help forest owners to safeguard the health of their forests and ensure the sustainable use of resources,” explains Enrique Nacif, Managing Director.

The certification of POLYGRAIN shows that the product not only offers an advanced solution for forestry, but also makes an active contribution to the protection and sustainable use of forests.
